Implement and maintain the MES system
- Configure, customize, and support the Manufacturing Execution System, ensuring accurate capture of production data (work orders, scrap, downtime, performance).
- Maintain system reliability and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and support.
- Design and develop .NET-based applications supporting manufacturing operations using Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, .NET Framework, WPF).
- Integrate shop‑floor equipment and industrial systems using communication protocols (OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP) and develop RESTful APIs and WebSocket solutions for real‑time system communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, automation, operations) to deploy, enhance, and support MES functionalities.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for manufacturing applications.
