Mesero (Full‑time) – Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá y Four Seasons Bogotá.
The role reports to the restaurant manager and requires a valid Colombian work permit.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Demonstrate knowledge in food and beverage.
- Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service.
- Present the food and beverage selection to guests, offering vivid descriptions of each item, its origin, taste, and preparation methods.
- Communicate guests’ orders, including special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel system.
- Coordinate food timing.
- Check completed kitchen orders against the original guest order.
- Transport items to guests’ tables promptly to maintain food quality.
