Role Overview We are hiring a Meta Ads Creative Strategist to own the ad creative pipeline for our 7-figure Australia-based anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand.
You will connect media buying data with creative direction, turning performance insights into Meta ad concepts and video ads that test quickly, scale cleanly, and feel authentic to the anime community.
This role is best suited for an experienced creative strategist with strong taste, paid social expertise, and a genuine understanding of anime fandom culture.
About the Role As Meta Ads Creative Strategist, you will lead the creative direction behind our paid ads, from identifying winning angles to writing hooks, scripts, briefs, and video concepts.
You will work closely with the founder, media buyers, editors, designers, creators, and UGC talent to ship polished creative that balances direct-response performance with a premium anime-inspired jewelry aesthetic.
