This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving product quality improvements, supporting customers, and contributing to the development of new products within a high-performance engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Lead projects focused on improving product quality and reducing costs (e.g. Yield, Right First Time). Work directly with customers to define technical requirements and resolve complex issues. Collaborate closely with operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve internal technical challenges. Ensure all technical documentation is accurately maintained and updated to required standards. Establish, track, and report on KPIs for key process operations .
