Job Description
Lead the research, development, and implementation of metal alloys, additives, and industrial processing solutions. Plan and manage R&D projects from concept through pilot trials, scale-up, and commercialization. Develop project plans, testing protocols, and timelines while ensuring quality, budget, and project objectives are achieved. Design and oversee laboratory experiments, analyse results, and support laboratory operations. Coordinate laboratory and industrial trials, maintain technical documentation, and prepare project reports. Collaborate with metallurgical laboratories, subcontractors, and external partners on alloy development, testing, and validation. Manage proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, customer demonstrations, and technical knowledge databases. Supervise and mentor junior researchers and support project execution.
