Microbiology Laboratory Manager Job Summary We are seeking a Microbiology Laboratory Manager to oversee all Microbiology activities in the laboratory and Compounding facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with local guidelines and global requirements, managing staff performance, maintaining quality control, and initiating improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Manage routine testing and communication of results promptly. Develop systems for ordering consumables and maintaining necessary stock levels. Implement and maintain SOPs and systems, updating them as required. Identify new requirements, suggest corrective actions, and ensure compliance. Monitor and control the environment in classified areas. Implement environmental monitoring programs and contamination control strategies.
