Microbiology Lead

What you’ll do
- Design microbial mixes and operating conditions that turn tough feeds into usable metals and products.
- Create and run experiments that give clear numeric answers on rates, stability, and limits (for example “how fast”, “how robust”, “under which conditions”).
- Turn cell counts, rate curves, genomics, and operating envelopes into simple parameters engineers can plug into process models and pilot designs.
- Build and lead a small microbiology team, helping juniors grow into confident, independent contributors.
