The Functional Lead will drive business process design and ensure successful implementation and demonstration of D365 solutions, with a focus on F&O, IOM, IV, and Dual-write-enabled processes.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Define and document business processes across F&O, IOM, and IV
- Lead workshops and translate requirements into functional designs
- Support and validate Dual-write business scenarios
- Prepare and support functional demos (order lifecycle, inventory tracking)
- Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- 6-10 years of overall experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong functional expertise in F&O (finance and supply chain)
- Experience with IOM workflows and orchestration rules
