In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes through the effective implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, streamline their operations, and enhance customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather detailed business requirements and understand their CRM processes.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to align with client objectives, focusing on modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
