GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive training excellence across MEA Export markets by developing and delivering scientific and commercial training programs that enhance product knowledge and capability among distributors, medical professionals, and internal teams.
1. Training Strategy & Delivery
Design and implement training programs for distributor field forces, beauty advisors, pharmacists, and internal teams.Develop and adapt training materials for diverse audiences (scientific, commercial, digital).Conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.Ensure consistent messaging aligned with global brand strategy and brand scientific positioning.2.
