What You’ll Do
- Participate in agile software development practices, including Scrum or Kanban ceremonies
- Maintain close communication with business stakeholders and IT teams to align on requirements and solutions
- Develop and enhance backend solutions using Java and Quarkus or Spring Boot
- Support the maintenance, stability, and performance of production environments
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Assist in continuous improvement of systems and development processes
