As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you’ll ensure our production equipment and facilities run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will perform the high-level mechanical work required of a Journeyperson while collaborating closely with the planning team. You will provide the technical insight needed to build effective work packages, schedule down time, and ensure that our maintenance strategies are grounded in real-world shop floor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Execution: Perform all typical Millwright/Industrial Mechanic duties, including the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment and bridge cranes (up to 25 tons).
- Planning Support: Assist in the development of short-term and long-term maintenance schedules. Provide technical input for regular down time and major shutdowns to help achieve zero breakdowns.
