Job Overview:
The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing minibar stock in guest rooms, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing a high standard of service. The role requires attention to detail, effective stock management, and adherence to hospitality and hygiene standards to enhance the guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Monitor and maintain minibar inventory levels.
- Record consumed items accurately and report charges to the relevant department.
- Ensure minibar products are properly displayed and within expiry dates.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of minibar areas and equipment.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or maintenance issues.
Qualification & Experience:
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification preferred.
