JOB PURPOSE
Participate in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of total nursing care to meet the individual needs of patients on the 2 West General Medical Stepdown Unit Horizon Health Network Zone 7 Miramichi in accordance with the vision, values, and mission of Horizon Health Network.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current registration as a practicing member of the Nurses' Association of New Brunswick.
- Experience and interest in complex acute care.
- Demonstrates effective clinical competency and critical thinking.
- Possesses good communication skills and decision‑making abilities.
- Able to perform charge nurse responsibilities.
- Demonstrates initiative, good judgment and decision‑making abilities that contribute to positive health outcomes.
