• Plan and execute testing activities for IVR applications
• Develop detailed test plans and scripts
• Lead voice testing and call scenario assessments
• Monitor testing resources across multiple projects
• Provide ongoing reports on quality metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in quality assurance
• Proven experience with IVR and voice application testing
• Strong skill in writing and executing test scripts
