Job Description
Sakura is a fine dining Pan-Asian restaurant in Vadodara, Gujarat. We make great mocktails without spirits, and we're looking for someone who can lead that.
What you'll do
- Set up and run the bar/cafe
- Make mocktails to recipe, every time, quickly
- Create new drinks with fresh juices, syrups, teas, and infusions
- Pull espresso, steam milk, and make coffee and tea drinks properly
- Talk to guests and suggest drinks with their food
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and safe
- Train junior bar staff
What we're looking for
- Experience as a bartender, mixologist, or barista
- A strong sense of flavour and balance
- Creativity with non-alcoholic ingredients
- Comfortable on an espresso machine
- Friendly with guests, quick on your feet
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
