This role involves conducting on-site vehicle inspections, performing recalls and maintenance at our customers worksite or home , ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism . The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform diagnosis and basic mechanical repairs and programming with Ford scan tools, when not performing mobile repairs the candidate will work with our Service Advisors and Shop Foremen to quality check repairs before returning the vehicles to our customers and also helping with Service Porter duties.
