JOB PURPOSE
The Psychologist Leader is clinical leadership work in the field of psychology, employees provide support, guidance, and advice on clinical practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be licensed as a Psychologist under the New Brunswick College of Psychologists and have progressive related work experience (3 years) in which leadership ability and competency as a psychologist has been demonstrated
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Psychologist 2 Clinical Leader is responsible to:
Ensure services provided are consistent with professional scope of practiceProvide clinical support to PsychologistsProvide guidance and advise to staff, management, and stakeholders regarding clinical practiceMonitor, assign and review workPerform administrative duties such as oversee day to day operations, participate in staff recruitment, assist in performance management, statistical activities, and committee work
