Main Responsibilities: Monitor, care for, and guide the children, addressing specific issues related to care and learning; Assist the teachers in developing educational activities; Help maintain order and discipline among the students; Assist in student activities; Monitor and supervise students during classes, meals, and breaks; Collaborate with teachers and the Elementary team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Degree in Education or related fields (completed or in progress). Experience with primary school-aged students. Punctuality, responsibility, and flexibility. Ability to work in a team with a positive and collaborative attitude. Strong alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and values.
