Job Description

Drive excellence in translation management as the French Translation Team Manager at a leading financial institution in Montreal, Quebec. Ensure quality and efficiency while mentoring your team.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Translation Services and be responsible for managing French translation projects that support the bank's operations. Your expertise in translation, leadership, and effective communication with internal and external partners will be crucial to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and prioritize translation tasks with available resources
• Ensure high-quality texts through thorough revisions
• Conduct employee training and performance evaluations

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in translation
• Bachelor’s degree in translation (English to French)
• Fluent in French and English
