Job Description
As a Senior Dynamics 365 FSCM Consultant in an AMS role, you will be expected to:
- Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise across Dynamics 365 FSCM modules in a managed services setting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into scalable and supportable solutions.
- Lead solution design and architecture decisions for enhancements, integrations, and optimizations.
- Deliver L2/L3/L4 application support, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and long-term remediation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system performance optimization, and adoption of Dynamics 365 best practices.
- Support change management, regression testing, and release management activities for minor enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore AMS resources.
