Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Carpenter/Multi‑Skilled Operative to join their team in a permanent role covering Telford and the surrounding areas.
Your new role
As a Carpenter/Multi‑Skilled Operative, you will deliver high‑quality maintenance, repair and installation work across a diverse property portfolio.
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £38,000- £40,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card
Your responsibilities will include:
Health & Safety compliance for yourself and the wider team
PPM inspections and estate‑wide assistance as required
Out‑of‑hours service on a periodic rota
Maintenance of leisure properties and promotion of Bradford Estates' interests
