Mystery Consultant – Flexible Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Carry out mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
• Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
• Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
• Complete questionnaires for each mystery evaluation assignment performed.
• Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid car driving licence
• Interest in market research and mystery shopping assignments
• Strong communication skills and good powers of observation
• Reliable and precise in task execution
• Basic computer skills
• Resident of Switzerland
