Process Engineer Qualifications & Experience
- Electronic Engineering (Preferred)
- 5 years of experience
- Problem solving skills, Statistical knowledge (DOE, ANOVA, etc.)
- Black Belt or Green Belt (Preferred)
- Printer Machine, Oven profiler, AOI, SPI
- Define & analyze oven profiles
- DFM, VALOR, CAD, AEGIS, CAMCAD, PCB investigator
- Stencil design
- Solder paste specification knowledge
- Knowledge of PCB finished & component composition
- Parts approval process
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
