National Director of Business Development
Location: Winnipeg, MB. Role: Full‑time hybrid, reporting to the Vice President, National Indigenous Solutions.
Job Overview
Lead the growth of the National Practice and strengthen our presence nationally, driving strategic partnerships, sales and growth opportunities within the Indigenous and broader markets.
Responsibilities
- Originate and develop pipelines
- Originate and uncover new strategic partnerships, client opportunities, and growth possibilities
- Complete and/or facilitate in-depth RFPs for private and/or public sector opportunities
- Identify sales opportunities by prospecting, networking, and mentoring consultants to build a sales pipeline
- Locate, consider, and engage with sources of lead generation for the sales team
