As more families choose Comfort Keepers, we're seeking a compassionate and experienced National Disabilities Manager to lead and develop our disability homecare services nationwide.
This role is responsible for the management, coordination, and delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for children and adults with disabilities, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards, safeguarding requirements, and company policies.
Key Requirements:
- Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, Disability Studies, or a related discipline.
- CORU registration or active NMBI registration is essential.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing disability services.
- Proven experience building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies.
