Job Description

Neonatal Outreach Worker – Contract, Full Time – March 31, 2027 (Salary: $58, to $75,124.62) – Serpent River First Nation, Nogdawindamin service catchment area.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Neonatal Services Manager, the Neonatal Outreach Worker will identify and provide services for high‑risk identified pre‑ and post‑natal Aboriginal mothers within the Nogdawindamin service catchment area, ensuring alignment with the Agency’s strategic planning, policies, procedures, the Child and Youth Family Services Act and First Nation standards of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high‑risk pre‑ and post‑natal Aboriginal mothers in the Nogdawindamin service catchment area.
  • Provide services and referrals to these mothers.
  • Ensure all efforts align with the agency’s strategic planning, policies, procedures, the Child and Youth Family Services Act and First Nation standards of practice.
