+ University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
+ 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment, preferably in Food/Pharma/FMCG industries.
+ Proven experience in project management and technical problem-solving. PMI or similar certification is a plus. Working in Maintenance dep. Is alternatively positively evaluated.
+ Fluency in English is mandatory. Italian language would be preferred.
