About the Role
Join the Infrastructure and Operations Team, in the Network Administrator position. In this role you will be responsible for supporting and improving enterprise network, voice, and connectivity services across on‑premises and hybrid environments. You’ll help keep critical platforms secure, reliable, and high‑performing, while contributing to modernization and automation initiatives.
What you will do:
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for enterprise network and voice/video services, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, SD‑WAN, MPLS, and collaboration platforms.
- Monitor network performance and availability, responding to incidents, performing troubleshooting, and taking corrective action to minimize service impact.
- Investigate and resolve complex network issues, escalating high‑risk or cross‑platform problems to senior specialists or infrastructure leads as required.
