What You'll Do
Network L2 Engineer to handle day-to-day IT and network operations and provide advanced troubleshooting support for the Charles Schwab ODC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Firewalls, Switches)
- Troubleshoot L2 network issues (routing, switching, DNS, DHCP)
- Support network upgrades, changes, and incident resolution
- Ensure secure connectivity and compliance with client (BFSI) standards
- Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for issue resolution
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong experience in Cisco networking (Switching, VLAN, STP)
- Hands‑on with Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
