THE ROLE
South Western Sydney Location Hands-On Position Our client is seeking a switched-on, motivated New Car Sales Manager to take control of a franchise in their New Car Sales Department. The dealership offers an excellent income stream, security of tenure and a friendly working environment. Strong selling franchises and excellent gross figures can be achieved. The role is hands-on, and not one to be run from a back office. The dealership trades Monday to Saturday, with a 5 day working week and closed on Sundays.
YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for this position will have current or recent experience gained as a New Car Sales Manager in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong management, financial, sales, closing and people-handling skills, be motivated by customer satisfaction as well as profitability, and be prepared to motivate and work alongside your sales consultants.
