Your role will involve project coordination related to technology acquisitions, as well as ensuring effective service delivery through ITSM practices and developing key performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical support for over 3,000 lab and employee computers
• Coordinate projects for technology maintenance and renewal
• Establish and oversee SLAs for service transparency
• Develop budget plans and manage departmental spending
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary technical team
