**What you will do?

**The position of Expeditor should be able to identify any purchasing risk on the production lines or Warehouse and communicate to the Buyer or Purchasing Supervisor about the risk or missing materials.
Also, he/she should be able to preparate a excel report with the short materials per day.
On production meetings needs to communicate the possible Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for missing materials.

**How you will do it?
**:
- ** Run all the production lines to identify short, missing or damaged materials that will be affected Purchasing material (on hand inventory).

- ** Reporting shortage materials every day to Buyers and Purchasing Supervisor**:
- ** Get an ETA regarding short materials.
**:
- ** Monitor critical items in Production Lines.
**:
- ** Review the MES report from Warehouse to communicate possible shortages.
**:
- ** Attending production meetings in production floor.
