Job Summary Assess and quantify the value of businesses, assets and intangible property using established valuation methodologies. Prepare clear, defensible reports and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Plan and conduct business valuations and asset appraisals using appropriate methodologies. Analyze financial statements, forecasts and market data to determine value drivers and risks. Develop and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow and market-comparison analyses. Prepare comprehensive written valuation reports, summaries and supporting documentation. Present valuation findings to clients, advisors and other stakeholders, and address follow-up inquiries.
