Job Summary Develop creative, sustainable landscape designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and maintenance considerations. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to produce site plans, construction documentation, and oversee implementation. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental analysis to inform design decisions. Prepare conceptual designs, schematic plans, and detailed landscape drawings including hard and soft landscaping elements. Produce construction documentation, specifications, and cost estimates for tendering and construction. Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and municipal authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and integration with site services. Present design proposals and revisions to clients and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final plans.
