Job Summary Provide assessment and therapeutic counselling to individuals, couples, families, and groups to support mental health and wellbeing. Use evidence-based approaches and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-centred care. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
