Job Summary Oversee daily operations of retail and wholesale locations to achieve sales, service, and profitability targets. Lead store teams while managing inventory, merchandising, and customer service initiatives. Number of Positions 9 Main Duties Supervise and coordinate staff activities including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and coaching. Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment, ordering, and loss prevention measures. Develop and implement sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities to meet targets. Monitor financial performance, prepare sales and expense reports, and support budget planning and cost control. Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complex customer inquiries and escalations.
