We’re hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they’re looking for someone who’s not just “good with customers”but who actually cares. **Responsibilities**
- Help customers with everything from product on boarding to troubleshooting tech issues
- Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups
- Solve tricky cases
- Document cases and keep things structured
**You'll be happy in this role if you**:
- Actually enjoy helping people
- Can stay calm when things get messy
- Like figuring things out
- Prefer a smaller, close-knit team over a huge corporate setup
- Want stability
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)
- Good level of English (internal language)
- Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support
- Already based in Malaga (or very close)
