Job Description
Reporting directly to the NPI Project Engineer, you will support the execution of new product introduction (NPI) and value engineering (VAVE) projects at the Matehuala facility, ensuring successful implementation on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Support NPI Project Engineer in assigned project activities and follow‑ups.
- Participate in the development of manufacturing systems, assembly lines, and process methods.
- Assist in creating process sheets, work instructions, and production standards.
- Support prototype assembly, testing, and evaluation of new products.
- Generate engineering sample requests and support validation activities.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to meet quality, cost, and cycle time targets.
