- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products.
- Perform consultations and create treatment plans aligned with client needs.
- Perform the treatments according to the protocols.
- Pre-book clients for future treatments.
- Build customer loyalty through post treatment follow-ups, appropriate homecare recommendations and customer care during their visit.
