Job Summary
The Supportive Living (SL) Manager (Nurse Manager) is accountable for the management of all operational activities and staff in the Supportive Living home. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supportive Living, the SL Manager oversees and supports their team in the daily care of children with medical and behavioral complexities. The SL manager advocates for and collaborates with ministries, healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the care provided to each child is supporting the child's growth and development and helps each child reach their full potential.
