Become a Nurse Practitioner with Island Health in Campbell River, BC, delivering longitudinal care and improving health outcomes for a broad patient population.
This part-time, temporary role involves comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in a Patient Medical Home setting. You'll work collaboratively with family physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals, focusing on evidence-based practices and community health initiatives.
