Summary The Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center is recruiting for one Advanced Practice Nurse to perform duties with the Neurology service at the VA hospital in Spokane, WA. This is an open continuous announcement. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing/rolling basis and qualified candidates will be considered as long as a vacancy remains unfilled. Responsibilities Duties will include but are not limited to: Independently manages a panel of patients with acute and chronic health conditions with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention using evidence-based practice. Develops and implements an individualized plan to achieve optimal population health and disease management. Demonstrates leadership and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
