Manager of Clinical Practice (Nurse)
Guide clinical practice and lead quality improvement initiatives across clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure holistic client assessments and client‑centered care plans.
- Visit clients as needed; manage service delivery and client/HCP matching.
- Investigate and resolve client, family, funder, and employee concerns.
- Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate field staff.
- Lead training, mentorship, and performance management activities.
- Coordinate with funders, care teams, and government programs.
- Support branch operations, including on‑call clinician access as required.
- Ensure privacy, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
Education & Registration
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing preferred).
