Oat Cleaning Plant Operator (Night Shift) - Rowatt
Avena is seeking an Oat Cleaning Plant Operator (Night Shift) is responsible for inspecting incoming grain and ensuring the grain meets Avenas quality specs. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining records, communicating results, making process adjustments and facilitating transfers of finished products to Avena oat mills. This position works in collaboration with the Cleaning Plant Coordinator. However, this position is expected to also work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect & organize incoming truck delivery samples.
- Conduct tests on incoming oats & interpret results against company specifications.
- Make process adjustments to ensure cleaned oats meet specs.
- Record & communicate test results to Cleaning Plant Coordinator.
