The Gynecology Nurse Practitioner Clinical Educator is responsible for training healthcare providers in performing pelvic exams and other gynecological procedures, ensuring adherence to evidence-based care. This role does not include obstetrics but focuses solely on gynecology. The individual will serve as the expert in gynecological best practices, providing hands-on training, clinical oversight, and guidance to maintain the highest standard of patient care.
This role involves hands-on instruction, competency assessments, and ongoing mentorship, serving as the primary resource for clinical expertise. The educator will shadow providers to evaluate technique, provide direct feedback, and standardize best practices across Student Health Services.
