Overview
At Penticton Regional Hospital (PRH), we are seeking a qualified OB/GYN locum to provide consultative obstetric care, antepartum/intrapartum support, and gynecological surgery in a 158‑bed regional referral centre serving the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valley.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care including antepartum, intrapartum, and postnatal services.
- Consult with family physicians and midwives on obstetric cases.
- Perform gynecological surgeries as scheduled in designated OR time.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of approximately 50 specialists.
Qualifications
- Board‑certified in OB/GYN.
- Strong interest and competency in consultative obstetrics, antepartum/intrapartum care, and gynecological surgery.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
