Become a vital part of patient care as a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant. Assist residents with their rehabilitation journey, ensuring accurate documentation and quality treatment practices in a supportive facility.
In this role, you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist, providing direct care and implementing treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe treatment environment, participating in care conferences, and training Restorative Aides. You will also communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and educate residents and families on safety and treatment goals.
