Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a pivotal member of its client’s Reablement Team based in Wiltshire. This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on individuals’ lives post-hospitalisation by helping them rebuild confidence and regain independence.
You’ll provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. With 50% of your working hours spent face-to-face, you’ll deliver bespoke care through strengths-based assessments and innovative reablement plans tailored to each individual.
