Job Summary
Provide support and assistance to the Program Management team in ensuring project implementation is done according to commitments made in the project documents (primarily focused on meeting programmatic reporting). Support monitoring of grant progress and provide country program teams support regarding reporting, donor regulations and proposal development. Assist in the compilation and review of reports, situation updates, and proposals. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Review grant specific information from program site coordinators and field site coordinators, such as but not limited to work plans, procurement plans and HR plans.
